INGREDIENTS
1 ready prepared Beef Seekh Kabab or ChickenSeekh Kabab
1 Hot Dog Bun
1 Onion
1 Tomato (roughly chopped)
1 clove of Garlic (Lehsan)
50 grams Grated Cheese (any kind of your choIce)
A pinch of Paprika
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (freshly ground - to taste)
½ tsp. Vinegar (Sirka)

METHOD
Seekh Kabab & Cheese Sandwich By Chef Fauzia Method / Tarika:1. Heat butter in a frying pan. Add the ready prepared beef seekh kabab or ready prepared chicken seekh kabab and fry until golden brown.
2. In the frying pan add some more butter and fry the onions until translucent. Add the salt, vinegar and paprika and fry for another 2 minutes.
3. Slit the hot dog bun in half, apply the butter and grill to golden brown. Place chopped tomato in bun. Put kabab, onions, and grated cheese over the sandwich. Grill until the cheese melts.
4. Serving Suggestions: Serve with Chips and Salad

• 1 pound of Chicken (boneless, bOiled and chopped)
• 1 ¾ cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• Hot Pepper Flakes (to taste)
• ¾ cup of Pizza Sauce

• 3 large Yellow Onions (minced)
• 3 Cloves of Garlic (Lasan) (minced)
• 2 quarts of (canned) or fresh Italian Tomatoes
• 1 (16 oz.) can of Tomato Puree
• 1 tsp. of Whole Oregano
• 1 tsp. of Whole Basil
• 1 tsp. of Salt
• 1/4 tsp. of Black Peppers
• 3 tbsp. of Butter
• 3 tbsp. of Olive Oil (Zetoon Ka Tail)

METHOD
MICROWAVE CHICKEN PIZZA & PIZZA SAUCE Method / Tarika:1. Split and lightly toast English muffins in toaster, when toasted, place on plate (microwave safe). Spoon spread pizza sauce onto each muffin, then adds chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese .
You can fit 4 split English muffins on plate at one time. Microwave on high until cheese bubbles (About 1 minute or so).
DIRECTIONS OF PIZZA SAUCES:
1) In a Dutch oven or large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil and slowly but completely sauté the garlic and onion. Add the tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil and puree. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for two hours. Stir occasionally, crushing the tomatoes with a potato masher. Continue to mash, stir, and simmer partially covered until the sauce reaches the consistency of a rich soup. (If you find you have too many or too large tomato seeds left in the sauce, you may run the sauce through a sieve, (strainer). Set the sauce aside to cool or refrigerate before applying it to your pizza dough.)

Spring Onion 2
Soya Sauce 3 tbsp
Brown Sugar 4 tbsp
Five SpIce Powder 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp

METHOD
Chinese Sticky Chicken Wings Method / Tarika:In a saucepan add 4 tbsp brown sugar and cook.
After this add 3 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp five spice powder. Mix well.
Along with this add ¼ tsp white chili.
Now in a frying pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add 2 cloves of garlic and 2 spring onions.
Fry for 30 seconds and dish out.
In the end add chicken wings and 1 fresh red chili and pour into dish along with sticky sauce.
Ready to serve.
